Job Description – Marketing Manager

Remote, New York City, or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Ancient8 is Vietnam’s largest blockchain gaming guild with teams in Vietnam, US, and China. Ancient8 has provided scholarships and educational opportunities for tens of thousands of blockchain gaming community members in Vietnam and globally.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to promote Ancient8's branding. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts and contributing your abilities to the growth of Ancient8’s on the journey to reach, educate, and empower the next 100 million Metaverse citizens with Blockchain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devise Ancient8’s Branding & Identity strategy, direction, and plan in line with business plan & objectives.
• Plan, manage and collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Operations, Content & Research, etc.) to implement the Marketing Roadmap.
• Market research about marketing trends, competitor analysis to explore applicable user growth marketing opportunities.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
• Lead and Build the Marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS

• High-level project, budget and time management capacity and ability to work constructively in a fast-moving team environment.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience covering social marketing, content marketing, user growth marketing, event management or digital marketing experience are preferred.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain or strong interest is a MUST.
